The Niagara River is a very special waterway. You never know what you are going to catch every time out. For Bob Klemm of the Poconos in Pennsylvania, he will remember March 27 for a long, long time. This morning, while fishing with his brother (Rich) and Capt. Frank Campbell of Niagara Region Charters, he muscled this 31 pound brown trout while fishing a spot tail shiner in the lower portion of the river. It took him about 20 minutes to bring it in. Bob is on the right; Rich is on the left. Nice catch!!
It doesn’t look 31 pounds? How about this picture with Capt. Frank?
